Maglenis "Maggie" Kirschman, born on July 15, 1962, in Fort Dix, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2026, in Maryville, Tennessee, after a courageous battle with lung cancer. She was surrounded by her loving daughters and cherished grandchildren and great grandchildren during her final days, a testament to the strong family bonds she longed for throughout her life.

Maggie's life was a tapestry woven with love, laughter, and an unwavering spirit. Throughout her life she had numerous careers. But recently dedicated her time to Weigels, where she not only worked tirelessly but found joy and pride in crafting delicious pizzas for her loyal customers. It brought her immense happiness to receive glowing reviews for her hard work—a reflection of her commitment to both her job and the people she served.

An avid learner, Maggie never backed down from a challenge. Later in life, she enrolled in college with the ambition of earning a criminology degree. While she may not have completed that particular journey, she took every opportunity to apply the skills she learned with vigor and enthusiasm, embodying her belief in lifelong education.

Maggie's spirit was that of a spitfire; her vibrant personality shone through in everything she did. A talented poet with a captivating smile, she embraced every moment with a great sense of humor. She was a fashionista at heart, always bringing style and flair to her life. But above all else, her greatest pride and joy came from being a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved fiercely, showing unconditional support and dedication to her daughters—Stephanie Taylor, Kimberly Kirschman, and Destiny Pollard—and her grandchildren, Morgan Parker, Noah Melton-Pollard and great grandchildren, James LJ Parker IV, and Kai Parker. Her adored grandson-in-law James Eddie Parker III and beloved sons-in-law Robert Baer and John Pollard also filled her heart with joy.

Her daughters fondly remember her singing "You Are My Sunshine," a song that encapsulated the love she poured into her family. To her granddaughter Morgan, she often declared her unwavering loyalty: "you are my ride or die." This bond, like many others she forged, was built on truth and affection.

Maggie's legacy will also be remembered through the innumerable lives she touched. She was always ready to lend a helping hand, generously giving to causes that resonated deeply with her. Even in her battle with cancer, her fierce spirit never wavered, and she fought passionately for what she believed in until the very end.

She is survived by her daughters, sons-in-law, grandchildren, beloved brothers Larry, Junior, and Donnie Lowe, sister Phyllis Smith, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and extended family who will continue to carry her love in their hearts.

Maggie reunites with her beloved parents, Elzeck A. Lowe and Mary Phillips Lowe, her cherished husband Russell G. Kirschman, as well as her sisters Bernice Trail, Vicki Raby, and Merry Christmas Lowe, and brothers Kenneth Lowe and Jake Lowe, a loss that surely echoes through the hearts of those who knew her.

As we celebrate the vibrant life of Maglenis Kirschman, we remember her not only as a spirited individual, but as a devoted family member who filled our lives with warmth, laughter, and love. May her memory inspire us to live fiercely, love deeply, and always cherish those we hold dear.

Her cremation was on 1/28/26 and a celebration of life will be determined at a later date. Once emotions settle and good weather allows.
