David is survived by his beloved wife, Sonya Carroll; his brother, Douglas Carroll; two step daughters Brittanie Caswell and Brendi Caswell Fowler; six grandchildren: William Carroll, Ryan Carroll, Laura Carroll, Bradley Carroll, Jennifer Carroll, and Kaylee Carroll; and four step-grandchildren: Emmalin Brown, Jace Fowler, Mason Fowler, and Jensen Fowler.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lola Carroll; father, Hollis Wayne Carroll; sister, Debrah Carroll; son, William Douglas Carroll; and daughter, Crystal Ann Carroll. Though these losses marked significant sorrow in his life, David remained a pillar of strength and compassion.

The memory of David Wayne Carroll will forever be cherished by those who knew him. His contributions as a devoted family man, skilled technician, enthusiastic hobbyist, and generous volunteer resonate deeply.
