Dale Leslie Refsland
February 15, 1958 – October 10, 2026
Dale Leslie Refsland, 68, passed away peacefully on October 10, 2026. He was born on February 15, 1958, in Minnesota.
Dale was a hardworking and talented man who spent his career as a subcontractor, taking great pride in building, remodeling, and creating things with his own two hands. Whether he was working on a project, tending to his garden, or finding something around the house that needed fixing, Dale was happiest when he had something to keep him busy. He had a gift for seeing the potential in things and the determination to bring them to life.
A man of strong and unwavering faith, Dale lived with the belief that hard work, love, and a little laughter could carry you through just about anything. He was never one to pass up an opportunity to tell a joke, offer a little good-natured teasing, or make someone smile. His quick wit, playful spirit, and unmistakable sense of humor could brighten even the most ordinary day. If Dale was giving you a hard time, chances are it meant he liked you.
Above all, Dale was a devoted husband and family man. He shared a beautiful life with his loving wife, Cheryl, bringing a steady presence, laughter, and love into their home. His family was one of his greatest blessings, and the love he gave will continue to live on through the generations who knew and loved him.
Dale is survived by his beloved wife, Cheryl Refsland; his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; as well as his brothers and sisters, all of whom will carry his memory in their hearts.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father.
Though his tools have been laid to rest and his earthly work is complete, the things Dale built will remain — not only in the homes and projects he worked on, but in the memories he created, the laughter he shared, and the love he leaves behind.
A celebration of Dale’s life will be held at a later date.
Well done, good and faithful servant. Your work here is finished. It’s time to rest.
