Brenda Carole Noe

Brenda Carole Noe, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2026, at Sacred Ground Hospice House. Born on March 7, 1948, in Knoxville, she retired from Knox County Schools and was a member of Springhill Baptist Church.

Brenda was known for her nurturing spirit and deep love for her family, friends, and animals. Her legacy will live on through her sons, Mark (Kim) Bunch and David (Toni) Noe, who carry forward the values she instilled in them. She also leaves behind a loving extended family, including her grandchildren: Aaron (Olga) Bunch, Haley Bunch (Marquis Simmons), Justin (Clarissa) Dutton, Blake Dutton, Alyssa Dutton, and Madison Noe. Additionally, Brenda enjoyed the delight of her great-grandchildren, Gavin, Maddox, Saylor, Olivia, Jalee, and Arseni, who brought her immeasurable joy.

Brenda also had special nieces Diane and Karen, and special friends Barbara and Hope.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Reba (Dishman) Bunch, along with two brothers and five sisters. Their memories remain a cherished part of her life story.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the employees of the Tennessee Cancer Center and Sacred Ground Hospice House for their compassionate care during her final days. Brenda’s warmth, love, and laughter will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

The family will receive friends Friday February 6th from 5:30 to 7:00 P.M. with service following at Springhill Baptist Church, 2101 Springhill Road, Knoxville, Tennessee 37914, with Pastor Rick Ferguson officiating.
